One item on my Christmas wish list this year was a blender. One that I can use to make delicious, vegan smoothies in the comfort of my own home with relative ease. So my lovely husband bought me one. Now I can bring you all simple, healthy recipes that will whisk you out of the cold and into a tropical dream in a matter of minutes. You may even be able to make these with a baby on your hip as long as everything is cut before hand. The recipe I am sharing today is one of my go-to’s and perfectly sweet and simple for busy mornings. You only need 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to make it.
1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 3⁄4 cup pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 cup ice
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

TRANSFORM SMOOTHIES INTO SMOOTHIE BOWLS
Smoothies are a great way to pack a lot of fresh veggie and fruit goodness into one meal, but if it ever leaves you feeling as if you’re missing something my smoothie bowl trick will surely help. Add an additional frozen banana or 1/4 less liquid into your smoothie recipe to make it into a creamy smoothie bowl. From there you can top it with yummy extras to fill you up and add some pizzaz to your smoothies.
