Spring is here and I don’t know about you, but my skin could use a little refreshing. It could be because my 29th birthday is fast approaching, but I’ve been loving face masks lately. DIY clay masks, sheet masks, the peel-off ones, I don’t care, give them all to me! And while I love a little splurge today I wanted to talk about one of my tried-and-true inexpensive detoxing masks.
I first tried this masks 6 years ago, right after I gave birth to my son I couldn’t get enough clay masks. What first drew me in was how easy this mask is to make. At that time I had a newborn and a 3 1/2 year old so every DIY needed to me simple with ingredients I had on hand, or could grab off Amazon. Another reason is because I can’t get enough rose scented beauty products in the spring and this mask does not disappoint.
This rose clay mask left my skin feeling soft and smooth and looking radiant. It’s still one of my favorite ways to unwind!
Make it Vegan❤️
This recipe isn’t vegan however you can always swap the egg for avocado and the honey for coconut milk for an animal-friendly version. ❤️
