Happy almost February, Millennials!
January is such a busy month. I hope you have all had a wonderful holiday season and are excited with what’s to come in 2019.
2019 has a lot in store for Local Millennial with the current rebranding from Full Lives Reviews, I appreciate everyone for supporting this journey as this website has always been an extension of my soul. A way for me to create and connect with likeminded people. Sharing the good the bad and the in-between. That being said, I’m excited to be launching this new series, Rants & Faves.
Rants & Faves will be a monthly post of new products I have tried. Sharing the good, the bad and the in-between. This series is a space for me to shout out products you need to add to your must-try list and the ones that you maybe should avoid.
Lush Cosmetics creates fresh, handmade cosmetics with delicious scents, a lot of benefits for your skin and bright vibrant colors that turn your bath waters into a work of art. This is one of my favorite companies and I received quite a bit for Christmas gifts this year. First on our list is Sex Bomb, This guy is said to have a warm sensual scent, be rich in antioxidants and sooth your skin.
It absolutely turned my bath water into a beautiful lavender pink and this bath bomb is said to be packed with powerful aphrodisiacs ,scintillating jasmine, clary sage and ylang ylang to name a few. Lush also added in soy milk to soften up your entire body.
Sex Bomb is self-preserving and Vegan at a cool $7.95 I would absolutely get it again, while I can’t confirm any aphrodisiac benefits it left my skin smooth and smelling delicious.
Next up on the list is also from Lush Cosmetics. Woosh Shower Jelly is a fun, vibrant blue, citrus-scented shower gel. But, it also adds some fun in by being a wiggly, jelly-like substance. While I wasn’t sure of the proper protocol I tried ripping a piece off and adding to my loofah, that worked great, but you can also use the whole jelly as a bar of soap if you wished.lush, lush cosmetics, review, sex bomb, shower jelly, woosh
