What big goals do you have planned for the next year? What about the next decade? As someone who loves setting and reaching goals I’ve created a system that helps me get there quickly.  Over the last 7 years I build a successful business and created a life that I’m excited about. I’ve used these tools to stop bad habits and create new positive ones as well. Choose which template you like best and print it off so we can get started!

These pages are broken down by 5 important steps. It’s important that you revise this page daily and feel free to have several goals going at once, just use different sheets for them.

The first step is to write down your goal clearly. Get rid of all of the extra “fluff” and write down your goal as simply as possible.

From there you will break it down in actionable steps. Make a clear plan on how you will go from where you are now to reaching your goal. Don’t be afraid to break these steps down into simple tasks. You don’t want to be overwhelmed with this list.

The next portion is for you to define success. Stick with the 5 sense, how will success feel, smell, look? Write it all down in this box.

My Mantra is a space for you to get creative and write a short sentence that you can recite throughout the day. I like to do this in the shower, while waiting in line or working out. 

Motivation is where you write your reason for setting this goal. This is where you will revisit if you ever feel like giving up.
